Pool

Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. Running, pushing, diving is not allowed at the house pool. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES

No specific pool temperature is guaranteed ( even with the pool heating system, we cannot guarantee a specific water temperature at all times. Various factors, such as weather conditions and usage patterns, can influence the actual temperature of the water.)

Additional:

***THERE IS NO REMOTE*** for the hot tub. You will need to contact us when you’d like to use it, and we will turn it on.

Please let us know to turn off the hot tub when it is not in use.

Septic System Guidelines

Respectful Waste Disposal Requested

Attention Guests: Our property operates on a septic system. To ensure its optimal performance and avoid any issues, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Toilet Usage: Please only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilets. Avoid flushing any other items such as wipes, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or paper towels.

2. Drain Usage: Refrain from pouring any oils, grease, chemicals, or solid materials down the drains. Stick to using the sinks, showers, and laundry facilities for their intended purposes only.

By following these guidelines, you’ll help maintain the functionality of our septic system and prevent any inconveniences during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!Renters are responsible for their belongings. Please ensure you have rental insurance for your stay.

Please do not park on the grass along the driveway. There is an irrigation system located there, and it could be damaged by the car’s wheels. Thank you.

House Rules

• Please keep all food/eating in the dining areas to avoid attracting bugs. No food or drinks in the bedrooms.

• Please use placemats on dining and coffee tables (inside and outside)You are responsible for new damage and an appropriate fee may be applied.

• No illegal substances. Strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.

• No pets. Any evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning fees starting at $200.

• No smoking/vaping inside. The charge of $500 will incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is detected after guests checks out.

• Trash is picked up on Thursday mornings, please pull bins out to the curb on Wednesday evening (garbage pick up schedule is provided)

• This property is privately owned and theowner is not responsible for any accidents,injuries or illness that occurs while on thepremises. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or  valuables of the guest.

• No parties or events are allowed in the house

* Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited. 

Any visitors which are not part of the original group must be pre-approved by hosts in advance and may not stay overnight without a reservation change request

CHECKOUT

Remove sheets (excluding mattress protector) and pillow cases and leave on bed or floor.

Rinse and place dinnerware in the dishwasher and turn on before you leave.

Please clean the grill before departure to avoid a $50 charge.

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
